Role Summary:
Work with clients and vendors to develop front-end applications
Identify business and functional requirements
Translate business requirements
Application & Process Design
Person Specification:
Ideally 5 years' plus experience using Web-based development tools and Internet technologies with at least 12
months' experience in Distributed Computing, Middlware Architecture, Internet Security Architecture & Data Modeling).
Expertise in a leading Web Server (IIS, Netscape etc.)
Expertise of a major
middleware technology (CORBA, COM/DCOM, RMI etc) and of at least one major RDBMS
Expertise of one major e-commerce application server (WebSphere, Weblogic, ClearCommerce, Vignette etc)
